BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSIT NEEDED
A $30 nonrefundable deposit is necessary when booking.
- You will be sent all consent forms through your email after booking an appointment.
- You will be sent a card authorization form through your email to save a card on file and will be used to pay the $30 nonrefundable deposit.ALL FORMS MUST BE SIGNED & A CARD MUST BE SAVED ON FILE TO FINALIZE APPOINTMENT

MAINTENANCE
REFILLS
- Lash fills are required every 2-3 weeks. Anything AFTER 3 weeks will be considered a fullset.
LASER HAIR REMOVAL (ipl)- All laser hair removal appointments are required to be booked every 4-6 weeks for at least 8-10 sessions. Anything AFTER 6 weeks will need to restart laser hair removal sessions.
LASER SKINCARE- All laser facial appointments are required to be booked every 4-6 weeks for at least 3-5 sessions. Anything AFTER 6 weeks will need to restart laser facial sessions.
LIPS- All HydraLip appointments are required to be booked every 3 weeks for at least 3 sessions. You may restart HydraLip sessions within 3 months!

OFF DAY BOOKINGS (holidays/sundays)
- If you’d like to book on our closed days (holidays/sundays), there will be a $50 day off fee
DAY OFF = $50 FEE

LATE POLICY
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, there will be a $15 late fee
- If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, you will need to either reschedule or cancel and pay 50% of the service fee for same day cancellation.
15 MIN LATE = $15 FEE20+ MIN LATE = RESCHEDULE/CANCEL WITH 50% OF THE SERVICE FEE

NO REFUNDS
There are NO refunds allowed!
If you aren't satisfied with our work, you have 12 hours after your appointment to notify us and we will fix anything at no charge! -
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE
- If you want to cancel/reschedule your appointment, PLEASE contact me 48 hours before your appointment, failure to notify before the 48 hour mark will be charged 50% of the service.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE IN UNDER 48 HOURS = 50% OF THE SERVICE CHARGED -
NO CALL NO SHOWS
All no call no shows will have to pay in FULL before BOOKING again.
Please respect our time that we took in setting up non-reusable products for your appointment, and communicate in advance!
Emergencies happen and we are always understanding, please communicate! -
FAILURE TO FOLLOW POLICY
Failure to follow any of our policies will be banned from booking again!
